If you embark on your growth journey with us, we’ll take you through our “Learning Partnership” process. This allows you to evaluate whether Zentano is right for you. It enables us to get to know you and your business at a deeper level and tailor our services to meet your needs.
This is what you can expect:
A COMPLIMENTARY 1-hour ‘Chemistry’ Meeting
We offer a no obligation, no cost meeting to see if the all-important chemistry is there. We’ll sit down with you and your team to explore your wants and needs, your aspirations, goals and vision and whether our services are right for you. If not, our aim is to connect you with someone who can help.
If we decide to work together, we will then arrange a follow-up meeting to discuss and measure where you and your team are now and compare this with where you want them to be. This allows us to evaluate your growth by demonstrating a return on investment and expectation.
Once we’ve sat down and discussed your needs, wants, goals and issues we’ll use this information to design a learning and development pathway for you. We’ll come back to you for your feedback and approval and further tailor our solution until you’re happy that it meets all your requirements.
Using our in-house experts and/or associates, we will then deliver your pathway over a number of agreed sessions. These can be either online or if you prefer face-to-face interaction, in your offices or at an external venue if you prefer time away from the work environment. We can deliver our services to fit your busy schedule and needs.
This crucial step is often overlooked. We will work with you after the delivery of our pathway to assess the effectiveness and help you embed the learning within your business, whether that be with our help or on your own. This allows you to achieve long lasting sustainable change and success.
