Dave Morris | Director – Coach, Facilitator, Trainer
Dave’s grandfather, Ronald Collette, was the person who inspired him most. He instilled a passion in Dave to be curious and have a thirst for learning. Ronald was a great mentor and role model. His legacy is why Dave focuses on helping people become more self-aware, to overcome obstacles, acquire knowledge and skills, achieve goals and to be happy, confident and fulfilled.
Hence Zentano was born to serve as many people as they can through coaching, mentoring, consultancy, training and facilitation. Everyday Dave asks himself “What can I do for others to help them be the best they can be?”
Rich Horton - Director – Coach, Facilitator, Mediator
Curiosity is why Rich is here today as a Director of Zentano. People are often surprised to hear about Rich’s move to coaching given his successful career in IT leadership. But, after an offer to be someone’s “coaching guinea pig” Rich decided IT wasn’t his passion and he made the leap to coaching.
Rich’s curiosity is matched by his desire to support and help people gain insight and achieve their purpose. Rich bought into Zentano’s mission and knew he had to be a part of it. He believes that everyone should try to be a little more curious every day.

Karen Clayton | Change & Transformation Consultant
Change is the very essence of life, we evolve and adapt, some of it is challenging, some of it is fun, but to keep moving forward we have to embrace it. I am passionate about continuous improvement and changing businesses for the greater good. Change delivered well, with beneficial outcomes for the client, is at the heart of what I do.
I have a quote that is my work mantra and keeps me questioning,
“I keep six honest serving men,
They taught me all I knew,
Their names are What and Why and When,
And How and Where and Who.”
Tasha Horton | Executive Assistant
Two of Tasha’s favourite questions are “how?” and “why?”. Growing up this led to many debates about life, the universe and absolutely everything and anything, with some of her favourite topics being human behaviour and society.
As uncertainty increased in the world around her, global warming becoming prominent, economic uncertainty and unprecedented social change, Tasha undertook studies in Psychology to find answers to many of her how and why questions, but also to a new question “what?”. What can she do to help?
Tasha has invested her WHY, HOW & WHAT into Zentano because she believes they are tackling some of the most deeply seated issues growing in society by developing leadership based on compassion, empathy and open mindedness.
